We can also provide a compete breakdown of your animal. Our on site smoke house has industrial equipment where we can provide steaks, ground meat, stew meat, etc., commercially vacuumed sealed. You can leave the ranch ready for your animal to go straight home to your fridge or freezer (additional fee).
